How do I know which size to order?+
Check our detailed size guide for measurements by garment. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
When will my order arrive?+
Delivery options and their cost are shown at checkout, based on where you are. Most Sri Lankan orders arrive within 3–5 working days, and you’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as yours ships.
Can I pay cash on delivery?+
Yes — Cash on Delivery is available at checkout, so you can pay when the parcel reaches you. Card, Shop Pay and PayPal are there too if you prefer to pay up front.
What is your returns policy?+
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn with tags attached. See the Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Do you ship internationally?+
Shipping destinations and rates are shown at checkout. Duties and taxes for international orders may be collected at delivery.
How should I care for my pieces?+
Care instructions are on each product page and garment label. As a rule: machine wash cold, wash inside out, and hang or lay flat to dry to keep them looking their best.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
We process orders quickly, so contact us as soon as possible. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.
